This was an attempt for HDR but I hated the unreal colors. So I edited the HDR to be close to the real image. Shot several different exposures at 24mm, f4, ISO 500, Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM. I am still not pleased with the image, but I am not sure what exactly I want to change. Any constructive criticism is most welcome.

I took this shot last night when the power went out during the storm Fay. Used self timer and tripod. The only source of light was from the candle itself.

This early morning fog covered the woods behind the house. I had the strange feeling I am living in a fairy tale. I have never been behind that door. There is no road or pathway leading anywhere. Except for the impenetrable foggy woods with their hidden secrets.

Vanya Ponce, part of the Flying Trapeze Family in the Cole Bros season 07. She did the Lyra performance only once because of a change in the program. However her performance was so excellent, and her appearance so splendid, I asked her to do in again for me and pose for few photos.
